Abu Dhabi, Dubai government employees to get salaries before Eid Al Adha

Abu Dhabi/Dubai: In keeping with the directives of President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, employees of local government departments in Abu Dhabi, military personnel at the Armed Forces and Abu Dhabi Police, as well as retired employees of armed forces and police will get their October salaries on October 21, ahead of Eid Al Adha.
Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Finance Department Hamad Al Hurr Al Suwaidi said the move is aimed at enabling employees prepare for the celebration of the auspicious occasion.

His Highness Shaikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, has ordered, in his capacity as the Ruler of Dubai, the payment of October salary of Dubai government employees on  October21.
The move is aimed at enabling the employees to meet the needs of their families on the glorious occasion of Eid Al Adha.
Abdul Rahman Al Saleh, Chairman of Dubai Finance Department, said the department will implement Shaikh Mohammad’s order immediately and make the necessary procedures to transfer the salaries of employees to banks.
