The Dubai Mall, the world's largest shopping and entertainment
destination, will mark Eid Al Fitr with an array of family-centric
activities and events, in a truly celebratory ambience befitting the
occasion.

Paying homage to the region's traditions and culture,
The Dubai Mall will host hospitality tents providing coffee and dates to
visitors in the Arabian Court and The Souk, while passers-by can
indulge in customary henna painting in designated tents. Combining
traditional Eid customs with carnival-like festivities appealing to
kids, The Dubai Mall's celebrations will encompass of parades and crowd
favourites such as balloon benders, face painters, stilt walkers, and
clowns. Children will also have the opportunity to explore their
artistic talents with a wide range of workshops and game stations for
the young and the young-at-heart.

Children can participate in the various
workshops at the Star Atrium, or join in the challenge at the 'Big Boys'
stations. The celebrations will be taken to the next level with the
Hamleys Parade featuring Freej Characters and roaming Build-A-Bear
mascots, located on the second floor.
The Dubai Mall is also
giving shoppers the opportunity to 'Play & Win' big with their
social media application; 'The Perfect Match,' a memory game where fans
and followers have to identify and match a collection of images. The
lucky winners stand to win an array of prizes including Emaar Gift
Cards.
During Eid Al Fitr, The Dubai Mall has extended the daily operating hours from 10am to 1am.
The
Dubai Mall is the must-visit retail and leisure destination in the
city, and features over 1,200 retail stores and 160 F&B outlets.
With the anchor stores, Galeries Lafayette and Bloomingdale's, the Mall
also has a dedicated Fashion Avenue hosting 70 of the world's leading
names in high fashion. Leisure attractions at the Mall include Dubai
Aquarium & Underwater Zoo with thousands of aquatic animals; the
Olympic-sized Dubai Ice Rink; SEGA Republic, the largest of its kind
indoor theme park in the Middle East; KidZania®, a unique children’s

The
Dubai Mall also offers exclusive access to At the Top, Burj Khalifa, the
world’s highest observatory deck with an outdoor terrace in the world’s
